My weight loss journey has been a big fail for the last two months. The seaonal flu, bronchitis, sinus infections, oh yeah and the stomach flu have been visiting my house since December and we are just now FINALLY free of sickness. For now...
So I started back at the gym today. Zumba is next week. The hubs and I started our diet yesterday and I am already cheating. Sweets are my weakness and I need so much help! I need encouragement from you guys. Or harassment, however you want to look at it! ;) I want to do this. I really, really do. Any tips? Motivation help? Recipes for healthier eating? Help me please! I have till the middle of April to lose at least 15 lbs. I can do this, right?

Unfortunately, I don't have any secret weight loss tips, but I just wanted to say I'm struggling too. I have 15 more pounds to go to get to prebaby weight and I feel like I'm climbing up a mountain! I went to Zumba last night for the first time and again this morning. I'm hoping to stay consistent and attend at least four classes a week. Once I'm at the gym, I'll work hard...it's getting there that I struggle with! Oh, and of course the Cadbury eggs that are within arm's reach as I type this...
My sister is on Weight Watchers and really likes it - she says it's really easy. Her weight has been an issue for almost 10 years but she's lost 15 pounds in 2 months on it. Even with her crazy work schedule she can stick with it. Give it a shot! I've been thinking about it. . .
Thanks for sharing Emily! It does help to know I'm not the only one struggling! Megan, your the 3rd person to tell me to try weight watchers so I think I'm going to! Thanks for the input!
